What data we collect
We collect only what you submit to us directly: your name, phone number and/or email address, matter type, and any message you enter through our consultation request form. That form is delivered to our office inbox through a third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms). If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send. We do not currently run visitor analytics or tracking software on this site; our hosting provider (Vercel) retains standard infrastructure request logs, as any web host does, for security and reliability purposes.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to provide legal services. We do not use it for marketing to third parties.
Legal basis / consent
Where applicable, we process your information on the basis of your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective and existing clients. This may also engage Jordan's Protection of Personal Data Law (Law No. 24 of 2023) — citation pending Abdullah's confirmation before publication.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or court order, or to the third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate this site (our form-delivery and hosting providers).
Retention
We retain enquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, and meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations.
