Safa Rawdhan is a corporate attorney advising domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Her experience includes corporate structuring, governance, commercial transactions and disputes, and legal consultancy across various sectors and jurisdictions. She also has experience in commercial and international arbitration, having participated in the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) Arabic Moot and coached the University of Baghdad team in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Safa holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Baghdad and graduated with academic recognition. She speaks Arabic, English, Turkish, and Spanish, and focuses on building cross-border relationships, developing business opportunities, and delivering practical legal solutions.
